Once an order is confirmed and paid for, it typically takes between two to four business days for us to process and dispatch it. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Deliveries to metro cities usually take three to five working days, while deliveries to non-metro or remote areas may take five to seven working days. All orders are shipped via reputable courier services, and tracking information is provided as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Cancellations are accepted only within two hours of placing an order. If you wish to cancel, you must email us at support@elementsoap.in with your order number and reason for cancellation. Once the order is packed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Due to the nature of our products — which are handmade, perishable, and used on the skin — we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are committed to resolving the issue. You must notify us within forty-eight hours of receiving your parcel, along with clear photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we may offer a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method. We reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet our return criteria.
